Why we keep some data on delete: Your name and email address are anonymised in our database when you delete. What we retain is the commercial billing record — the invoice history held with our payment processor, Stripe, and the references linking it to your former account — which Australian tax law requires us to keep, and which we may need to resolve a billing dispute.
